Yes, tickets are transferable. Contact us at tickets@yourawards.com with the original booking reference and the new attendee’s full name and email at least 48 hours before the event.

Tickets are non-refundable within 14 days of the event. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event receive a 50% refund. All refund requests must be submitted via email.

The dress code is Smart Casual or Black Tie Optional. We encourage guests to dress elegantly to match the prestige of the occasion. Entry may be refused for inappropriate attire.

Yes, ample parking is available at Eko Hotel & Suites. Valet parking is also available for VIP ticket holders. We also recommend ride-sharing services for convenience.
